Calleigh Yvette reserves the right to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion and also reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any given time.


Products
All items are brand new with no exceptions. Items are free-sized unless otherwise stated.
All measurements are taken when items are laid flat. Due to factors such as the nature of the fabric and human error, slight discrepancies in measurements within an inch might occur.
To assist you in determining the sizing of the items, the height and UK size of the model is provided at the bottom of pages on which available items are listed.
At Calleigh Yvette, we try our best to ensure that we provide photographs that portray the items as accurately as possible. However, due to the different resolutions of monitor screens and other factors such as the graphic cards of individual devices, we are unable to guarantee that the colour displayed would be the same as the one displayed on our screen.


Delivery
Normal mail is uninsured by SingPost nor Calleigh Yvette. We will not be liable for loss of any parcels delivered via normal mail. We mail parcels out on every Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday.


Prices
Prices stated are exclusive of normal postage charges and are non negotiable.
Promotional prices will strictly apply within the period specified.


Returns & Exchanges
All items sold are non-refundable.
Items on sale are non-exchangeable.
Defective items are exchangeable on a case-by-case basis. If the item received is defective, do send in pictures of the defect via email and we will provide the necessary procedures for exchange.
If the defective item is no longer in stock, you may choose another item of the same value or top up for one of a higher value as replacement. We accept exchanges for size if the size required is still in stock.
Do note that returns and exchanges can only be processed for orders sent no more than one week and that have not been visibly worn or washed. Customers are also to bear full responsibility of the item sent back for exchange in terms of the proper packing and sealing of the parcel. Calleigh Yvette will not be responsible for lost mail.
Refunds will not be made in cases of late payments (payments made after 24 hours unless customers have notified us in advance) and if items have been released to the next interested buyers. The payment will become store credit. Customers may either use it to purchase an item in stock, or an item in the next launch.


Deadbuying
Please note that sending in a confirmed order indicates full intention of following through with the transaction. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the invoice sent, unless otherwise agreed upon.
